Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Appiary application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Appiary grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications for your personal use.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
- Modify or create derivative works based on the applications
- Redistribute, sell, or lease the applications
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- All activities that occur through your use of the application
- Backing up any data you create within the applications
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Data and Privacy
Our applications store data locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit your personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appiary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our applications
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our applications
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our applications
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the applications
Updates and Modifications
We may update our applications from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or other modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any application at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Appiary and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
Our applications may interface with third-party services that you choose to enable, such as iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox for cross-device sync, or other internet services an application is designed to work with. Your use of any third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider. Appiary does not control or take responsibility for the privacy, security, or availability of third-party services.
Termination
Because our applications run on your device and we do not operate user accounts or backend services, we have no ability to revoke access to a copy you have already installed. We may, however, withdraw an application from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store, or stop releasing updates, at any time and without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appiary is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the applications after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
